Kasbna Inc. ("Kasbna", "we", "our", or "us") provides an autonomous AI business operations platform built for modern service businesses, consultancies, and agencies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website at kasbna.app, register for an account, publish lead capture forms, or connect your Google Workspace account.

We adhere strictly to data minimization and tenant isolation principles. Your client records, private leads, and business operations data belong exclusively to you.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our operations and follow-up drafting services:

  • Account Information: Your name, business email address, workspace name, and hashed credentials.
  • Business Profiles: Your core service packages, defined luxury price floors, target client criteria, and brand voice guidelines.
  • Inbound Leads & Submissions: Contact names, email addresses, project descriptions, budgets, and timestamps submitted through your authorized Kasbna public forms.
  • System Execution Logs: Audit trails of agent activity (lead qualification scores, follow-up proposal drafts, and your explicit human approvals).

3. Google API Data & Workspace Integration

Kasbna allows customers to connect their Google Workspace account to enable bi-directional Google Sheets synchronization and Gmail draft integration. Our use of Google API data strictly adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy:

  • Data Encryption: OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption with unique per-credential initialization vectors.
  • Zero AI Model Training: Data retrieved from your Google Sheets or Google Workspace is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized foundation AI models.
  • Limited Access Scope: We only access the specific master spreadsheet created or designated for your Kasbna workspace to synchronize Leads, Customers, Services, and Follow-ups.
  • Human Control: Outbound emails or spreadsheet alterations are never performed without your explicit approval through the Tasks & Approvals Center.

4. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Data Protection

Every customer workspace is provisioned with cryptographically isolated tenant boundaries. Leads, customer records, and approval queues are tagged with tenant-specific identifiers and verified at the database middleware layer. No workspace can view, query, or infer data from another customer's workspace.

5. Payment Processing via Gumroad

Payments for Kasbna subscriptions ($49.92/month) are processed securely through Gumroad. Kasbna does not store, collect, or have access to your full credit card numbers or banking credentials. Payment transactions are governed by Gumroad's privacy policy and security standards.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. You may request an export of your customer leads or disconnect your Google Workspace integration directly from your Settings page. Upon workspace closure, all associated records, API tokens, and submission histories are permanently purged from active databases within 30 days.
